Hello there! My name is Reyvin Venzuela. And let me walk you through my past on how UI/UX Design caught my attention and decided to be one of the people who turn their ideas into digital designs.
During my college years, I am really into Front End Development and Game Development. At that time the only technology stacks that I know was, Html, CSS, and JavaScript. Because that’s the programming languages that we’re using during that time. As a result, it enables me to create visually attractive designs and developments in Webflow.
As you can see at the video at the top of this message. That’s the game I am crafting during my 3rd year in college, Actually I didn’t finished the game because It really takes a lot of time. The given time for us was only (1) one month and of course that is not the only project that I’m doing that’s why I didn’t managed to finish it. But, It intrigues me to be a Game Developer since I really enjoyed on what I’m doing at that time.
After graduating, I began searching for opportunities (still am, lol). My college internship introduced me to web design, and I worked as a web designer at Back Bone Creatives.
I found UI/UX design particularly appealing due to its diversity and excitement. I enjoy art and can draw and paint, but it's more of a hobby for me. After six months of job hunting, I ended up working in the film industry as a Film Restoration Artist at FPJ Productions Incorporated. During that time, I continued practicing web design to stay updated with the evolving UI/UX landscape.
The image below shows a list of movies featuring Sir Fernando Poe Jr. that I worked on during my time as a Film Restoration Artist there.
Why did I stop working in FPJ productions Inc. as a Film Restoration Artist?:
While I've gained knowledge and enjoyed various experiences with the company, my desire to pursue my passion for UI/UX Design is much stronger. It feels as though my true self is urging me to follow what I really love.
Unleash your creativity and bring your ideas to life! Let’s Team up!
